Microsoft 365 HubSpot Sales add-in takes up too much screen real estate

SOLVE

With the desktop add-in for Outlook, the HubSpot Sales extension would simply add an email address into bcc so that the email would be logged to the CRM. Being that the desktop version will no longer be supported, we've attempted to migrate to the Microsoft 365 version. However, the only way an email will be logged to the CRM is if the HubSpot Sales task bar is open. At that point there are only 2 options: (1) pin it so it stays open at all times which takes up a LARGE chuck of the screen or (2) have to remember to open it each time you send an email you want to log, which is a huge inconvenience and people are guaranteed to forget.

Does anyone have any suggestions? How have you handled this?

Hi @DHuggard,

There's not a great option. You can go back to manually adding a BCC or selectively open and close the panel. Neither is the most efficient or consistent.

Alternatively, you could just have everyone use really large screens. 😉
