I have notice that the meeting scheduler allows people to schedule meetings on days when I have an "all day" event marked on Outlook. Is there a setting I'm missing? This is causing issues
What email platform are you connected with? Gmail, Outlook, etc.
This all day meeting, are you set to Busy or Out of Office in your calendar for the meeting? If it is marked as Free, that would explain why the meeting app is still saying you're available.
When you say All Day, do you mean midnight to midnight, or 8-5?
In the meeting settings in HubSpot, did you set your working hours?
Please share whatever insights you can and we'll get this figured out. Thanks!

Have you made sure that you set this event to busy/unavailable? Calendar events can have different statuses and you need to make sure (via right clicking or directly within the entry) to set it as busy/unavailable.
Best regards!

Woo hoo! I thought that might be it because I know when I schedule "All Day" events in Outlook they save as "Free" by default. Always thought that was kind of silly.
