Meeting Link Feature Request

It would be helpful to our team if there was a required "notes" field int the "book a meeting with me" link. 

We keep these in our signature and sometimes meetings with potential new customers show up on our calendars without any context. We want these meetings but we would also like to know what they are about going into them.

You can manually include your HubSpot meeting link in your emails by copying it from your HubSpot account and pasting it into your email body. Additionally, HubSpot has introduced the "Insert Proposed Time" feature, which allows you to propose specific meeting times directly within emails.
