Currently, logging all emails at an organization level from Microsoft 365 directly to HubSpot isn't possible by default. HubSpot's email integration is designed to log emails at the individual user level. Each user needs to connect their email account to HubSpot and enable email logging. Organization-wide email logging would require custom development or third-party tools to automate this process across all accounts.
