I have an email alias saved in my settings. I receive emails to my email alias. However, the Hubspot sales will not allow me to log emails that are sent to that email. When I go to "Log and Track Settings" my alias email address is listed under "Never Log", and I do not see a way to remove it.
How can I log emails that are sent to the email alias?

Is the alias set up in your portal or in your email client? Are you logging the original emails that you're sending through the alias (and if so, are they logging?)?
If you can send along screenshots of what you are seeing as well as screenshots of where your alias lives, that would be great!
The more information you can provide, the better we can advise on next steps.
