Link not tracked in Outlook

Hi,

I'm trying to send emails via Outlook using the Hubspot integration. Everything looks fine, but when it comes to sending tracked emails, the add-in notifies opens but not clicks. 

Please let me know your thoughts.

Hey @pscarlucci how have you confirmed that users are in fact clicking on your links? Have you spoken to any recipients / ran a test yourself?

I'm not sure if this is relevant to your case, but FYI:

Tracking will only occur on hyperlinked text, and not raw URLs. For example:

Link tracking will be applied to:

Check out HubSpot!

Tracking will not be applied:

www.hubspot.com

Although these links have the same destination, since the second link is a raw URL, tracking will not be applied.

A little late here, but wanted to share this page, which outlines that HubSpot Sales free will only track opens for emails not clicks. If you are a HubSpot sales pro subscriber and are still experiencing this issue, please let me know.
