LetSignIt Signatures Not Appearing for Some Users in HubSpot Emails

Hi all,

 

I’m hoping someone might be able to help clarify an issue I’m noticing on behalf of my team.

 

We use LetSignIt for our email signatures in Outlook, and the signatures change several times throughout the year. When I send an email through HubSpot, my LetSignIt signature appears correctly. However, for a few of my colleagues, it doesn’t, despite what seems to be identical settings in HubSpot.

 

We’ve double-checked that:

  • Everyone has "Use global default" selected under the Email Signature settings (no manual signature added).

  • Everyone is sending emails through connected Outlook accounts.

Has anyone run into this before? Any ideas on why the signature would show for some users but not others when sending via HubSpot?

Appreciate any advice!

Hi @CPOWERS4 ,

While, I haven't used LetSignIt, I just want to double check if you have possibly tried disconnecting their HubSpot emails and tried reconnecting them, sometimes something as silly as that can be the answer.

I would also make sure that there isn't any permissions or set up on the LetSignIt side that the other members need. Also, are you sending emails via Outlook client and are they doing the same or are they sending it though HubSpot?

@BérangèreL asked some pretty good questions above, answering these could help us or another community member solve this issue for you.

Great question, thanks for asking the HubSpot Community!

I'd like to ask some clarifying questions to make sure we help you the best we can:

1. Are other HubSpot users not seeing the signature at all? Or are they seeing the signature but it appears incorrectly?
2. If it is not appearing correctly, could you please share an example of what is not ok in the signature?
3. Do all HubSpot users use exactly the same code? Sometime, just a coma or a sign missing can have this effect.
4. Did you copy and paste the HTML code into HubSpot, is that right?
5. In which specific scenario the signature is not appearing for some of your colleagues? Is the email being sent from HubSpot? Externally? If in HubSpot, in the conversations inbox or on a contact record?
6. Which type of emails are these? Sales or marketing?
7. Were these emails replies? Or original emails sent by them?

The more info, screenshots (without sensitive/confidential information), and details you can provide, the better the Community can assist.
