When composing a new Mail I can no longer choose if I want the conversation to be looged in Hubspot. Not even if I reply to a existing conversation. Since the plugin icon is not visible. I have to send it and then open the conversation an manuelly add participants and mails. I for the live of me cant find it. It forsure is not in sub menues anymore.
Issue 2:
Login doesnt work 90% the extention ist stuck in a sign in loop and only randomly succeeds. Basicly after sign in it referes to the sign-in page again. Our CEO has the same issue.

After investigating more about it, if you have two sales extensions it will not work for any inbox. Do you currently have two extensions? You can also test by disabling all Chrome extensions, and please follow the steps in this article to disable Microsoft extensions too (Except for the HubSpot one).
For the loop, If so, there's another possibility that you might be logging in using your email alias instead of your primary email address, as mentioned in this portion of our article. Are you able to check with your IT team and confirm this?
