Issue with emails syncing for all accounts in Outlook

Hi!

 

I have 5 email addresses in the desktop version of Outlook. I have the HubSpot desktop sales integration installed so whenever I send an email from Outlook it syncs to the relevant HubSpot account...or creates a new contact.

 

Problem is that even if I send an email from my Hotmail or Gmail (not the company address I use for CRM contacts) the emails and contacts get created on HubSpot.

I only want emails from one particular address (the one I have my HubSpot login under) to sync with HS. Any ideas?

It sounds like this may be related to your Outlook configuration. 

It's my understanding that you have 5 email accounts under Outlook that need to use the extension, but there are particular email accounts that you do not want to sync with HubSpot. 

 

I wanted to confirm if these emails sub-accounts of Outlook or completely separate email accounts that were created in Gmail and Hotmail? Do you have one email address connected to your HubSpot account or multiple emails connected to your HubSpot account?
