Issue with Scheduling Microsoft Teams Meeting through HubSpot - Only Meeting Link Sends
Résolue
When scheduling Microsoft Teams Meetings through HubSpot on the Contact Timeline, the meeting invite sends to the invitees only as a link, without the Meeting ID, Passcode etc., that usually sends when scheduling through Teams directly. Has anyone else had this issue & if so how did you resolve it?

Thanks for the additional context @KFogarty, the screenshot is really helpful.
The yes, maybe, no options at the top of your email shown in the screenshot is being added by Google - this is a feature they've added to make it easier to accept invites, basically aggregating the info from the links to make it easy to add to your calendar.
The content from Microsoft or HubSpot starts below the line.
There is definitely a huge difference between the default and the URL that @KGregg is seeing when sending from HubSpot.
I don't ever remember it looking differently from HubSpot (always a link), but the Zoom and Google Meet invites.
For Google Meet, it looks like this when scheduling:
and like this when received:
It says the same thing for Zoom when scheduling in HubSpot - assuming it would do the same for Microsoft where it isn't visible until after you schedule.
but it does have a more formatted appearance in the email to the contact:
Once the idea is created, if you share the link back I'd be happy to upvote it and check in to see if this is truly what the expected behavior should be.

Hi @KGregg it's been a little bit since I configured a Microsoft Teams configuration, if I remember correctly all of the relevant information is contained direclty in the link.
When you click the link, does it grant you access to the invitation or is it still prompting you to enter the meeting ID and passcode?

Hi Jennifer, to follow up on the above, i have the same issues. the link works, however the meeting invite is not as clean as if it were sent from Microsoft. I.e no Yes no maybe to accept view, no additional meeting info such as the Meeting ID and passcode. (see image)
