I’m attempting to install the HubSpot Sales add-in for Office 365 on my Windows system, but I’m encountering an “Installation Failed” error during the process.
Has anyone else experienced this issue, or is there a known workaround?

Hi Trevor,
I’m using Outlook Web on the Chrome browser and tried installing an add-in. However, during the installation process, the pop up shows the operating system as Mac OS, and I use Windows.
Is the add-in only compatible with Mac OS, or could this be the reason I’m unable to install it on my Windows machine?
Appreciate your help in resolving this.
