Integration with Outlook for Mac

Hello, 

I have a client that can´t finish well integration with outlook for Mac. 

Her version of Outlook is 16.90.2

The problem is that when trying to send an email from hubspot, it doesnt work. The emails does not get launched. 

Do you know how can I solve it?

Hey @SaraRuiz87 there's no supported HubSpot integration for outlook on mac. You would need to use the office365 extension instead.

Thanks Tom 😊 2 more questions... Once integration is done (between office 365 and hubspot)

1. Is it possible to send emails From hubspot? 
2. When I create a meeting from hubspot, will that meeting be registered in Outlook Calendar too?

Hey @SaraRuiz87 yes once your email is connected you can send emails from this address through the contact record within HubSpot and it will be logged to the contact record. 

Connecting your calendar is a different process, but you can do that too through this guide.
