Can someone please help with this error message. I've spent all day going around in circles with HubSpot and getting nowhere. Really fed up with useless support. Considering a different CRM!

Hi Tiphaine,

I've tried to delete the 2.0 file but it's not letting me because it's saying the folder is in use.2021-06-22.png

Hi @PStannard

Thank you for your reply.

For this, can you please close all instances of Outlook and HubSpot for Windows. Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete on your keyboard and click Task Manager. Ensure you are in the Processes tab, then locate and right-click the SidekickTrayWPF process and click End Task. Then, attempt to delete the folder or file(s) again.

Thank you

Best

Tiphaine

Hi @PStannard

Thank you for your reply.

Can you follow these steps:

> Repairing Outlook by following these steps. Then, try again.
> If this persists after repairing Office, follow steps to repair .NET: Microsoft .NET Framework Repair Tool

> If this persists again, try the top comment here : In a command prompt, run:

rundll32 %windir%\system32\dfshim.dll CleanOnlineAppCache

Thank you for your cooperation

Best

Tiphaine

I'm sorry but this has NOT worked. I'm not sure about the last step. Could you walk me through this step because I can't seem to workout what to do?

Thank you for your reply.

You can follow these steps to open the command prompt; then enter the following

rundll32 %windir%\system32\dfshim.dll CleanOnlineAppCache

and press enter

Then try to install again. If this is still not working I'll send you next steps via DM.

Thank you

Best
