Insert meetings link - always posts to the top of message body
SOLVE
We've just started using HubSpot and users love the ability to insert suggested meeting times directly into an email rather than having to go back-and-forth with a contact to find a mutual time.
However, we're having a minor issue with the layout of the text inserted into an email. As an example, I've started to type an email to a contact and want to insert some suggested times:
The cursor, although not in the screenshot, is below the final sentence. I go to Sales Tools > Meetings > Insert Proposed Times and select the appropriate options:
The resulting text & links are always inserted at the top of the message body. If I try to move the cursor to the top and move the meeting links down a bit, the surrounding box expands so I can't actually put any text above it:
Can you confirm if you're using Outlook on the Web or Outlook desktop? If you're using Outlook desktop, can you try with Outlook on the Web and let me know if you have the same issue?

Thanks for the pointers! I was using the Outlook VSTO add-in with Outlook desktop. I have now uninstalled this and deployed the Office365 add-in through our admin centre - the problem we were having does not occur when using this 🙂
