IMAP refuse to connect, help !

I try to connect my IMAP mailbox inside HubSpot.
I have double checked server address, ports, user, password (even with external tools). But HubSpot doesn't connect my mailbox.
How can I solve this ?
My only available mailbox is IMAP, so, no IMAP, no email...
