I have to log in to the 365 email add-in every time - NOT fixed yet

Hi, I found a lot of the same threads in this forum, but this very annoying bug is not fixed yet. My team finds this very annoying and since I convinced them of Hubspot, I now feel responsible for the fact that this does not work well and there seems to be no solution from Hubspot.
When will this be fixed? I tried all of the so called solutions given in other threads but the problem remains.

I removed some hubspot files in my AppData on my pc, and installed the new 365 add-in after that. This seems to work. So don't uninstall the Outlook Add-in and install the 365 add-in, but you have to remove al the files in the AppData (C:\Users\NAME\AppData\Local ) on your pc en disconnect your mail account from Hubspot. It's working now since Monday, so hopefully this is the solution.

We reccomend to take direct support from HubSpot's technical team this issue as a support ticket with HubSpot, where a dedicated technical specialist can take a closer look at your specific situation. You can do this directly through your HubSpot account by navigating to the 'Help' menu. Providing detailed information, such as error messages, screenshots, and steps you've already tried, will also assist in the troubleshooting process.

Yes I did, ofcourse. I tried everything I think. But nothing helps. It are all the same tips and solutions that does not work. In the Hubspot support ticket, I get the advice to check the box "remember me"....................

Hi @ShannaVKE have you reviewed this thread to verify you are using the supported version available for Outlook? There used to be two different extensions, one is no longer supported.
