I installed HubSpot Sales Free as an add-on to Microsoft Outlook. I have two Exchange accounts connected to Outlook. In one of them (where I want to use HubSpot) only the icon with settings appears. I can do nothing else with it. I am asking for help.

How are you ? I would recommend that you check if you have the correct extension installed in your Outlook, also check for any updates on the extension, removing and installing again may help.
