I've beening using HupSpot email tracking in Outlook365 for a year. I adjusted the settings and had it working for the past few months just the way I want it. I hadn't sent a sales email for a couple weeks. When I attempted yesterday (clicked the log email button), it didn't work. I tried it again 6 more times - no dice. The hubspot email is added to the BCC line when I hit the log button, but the email does not appear in Hubspot in the associated company or contact. Seems like something is down or broken.
@Shubham_Sharma I've done all that and it's still broken. I've tried disconnecting my email and re-adding it to hubspot. I've tried clearing cache. I've tried removing the outlook add-in and readding it. I've tried changing default setting - to by default log and track emails. Nothing works.
