Today when I open Outlook desktop I see the HubSpot sales addin asking to login. But after login successful I see this error message as below.
Sorry. Hubspot didn't load properly. Please try to login again.
I restarted my PC several times and also reinstalled the addin serverl times as well, but still not able to solve the issue.
The addin dosn't work and I can't load the templates or track the emails.
I need help please !!!

Hello @Meto, could you please confirm if you are still having this error showing on your extension? If so what is the version you currently have installed? I would recommend reconnecting the extension to ensure you have no issues while connecting.

No, the problem was solved from itself.
I don't know what happen. I think that was an issue with hubspot server or somthing like that.
The extesion and outlook version are up to date.
