Hubspot defaulting to gmail

Hey,

I've running outlook with the sales extension.

I can create new contacts from my outlook, which appear in Hubspot.

Also, when I track emails in outlook they appear under relevant contacts in HS.

But...

When I try and email a contact from within HS by clicking this link (see image below) it tries to open in gmail not outlook. 

(Note - "test@test.com" is just to illustrate - I'm using a verified email address IRL.)

Strange thing is if I open the contact in HS and try and email it from there (ie below) it works fine.

Anyone have any ideas? As far as I can see all the other HS/Outlook integration is working fine.

Hi @JGlodkowski,

This setting is not managed by HubSpot but by your operating system. I'm not a Mac user but it looks like these would be the steps you'd have to follow: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201607
