My Hubspot for Outlook and my Hubspot for Windows (Outlook requires both) won't log in. It accepts the login, then immediately gives me a new window to log into. The cycle continues. Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you for the help documents. The add-in is for Outlook desktop, which also prompts for hubspot for windows. Neither are allowing me to log in, but I can log in on the website. I followed the prompts to set the trusted sites, etc.; but to no avail. I have uninstalled both Outlook add-in and hubspot for windows, reinstalled, deleted from %applocal files, etc. still not able to log in.
@JKurcz I can see you have access to technical support, can you see with them? They will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, where you are able to share screenshots and specific examples about this.
There could be multiple reasons why there is this issue so it'd best to troubleshoot each specifically!
@JonPolly Thank you for testing. Can you confirm you have your HUB ID set up in your extension settings within HubSpot? (steps here).
Can you also confirm you are Super Admin or have sales access in the account?
