Hi, does Hubspot have a remote desktop tool?

@KMether no, this is not something that HubSpot offers. HubSpot is a customer platform focused on connecting marketing, sales, and customer service – not to provide technical support to other users via remote desktop access. You would have to use third-party tools for this.

Given we use the Hubspot Help Desk tool, I hoped they might offer a remote desktop tool or have a 3rd party offering. Clearly not. Thanks anyway, Karsten.

No, HubSpot does not offer a remote desktop tool. The full set of features can only be accessed through the browser, via app.hubspot.com.

What is it that you would want to accomplish by using a remote desktop tool?

Ahhh, thanks Karsten. I'll need to be more specific then... I was asking about a remote support tool e.g. to remote into a customers computer to provide remote support.

Hi @KMether,

You may check out logging in as another user since it looks like you have an enterprise plan on one of the hubs. It's not quite a remote support tool but can give you better visibility from a specific user's perspective.
