With my experience, when signing in with passkeys, HubSpot logs out every time I restart my laptop or browser. I have experienced this on both Outlook Web and Outlook Classic Desktop App.
Try signing in the classic way, e.g., using a username, password, 2FA, and remember to tick "Remember for 30 days." This way, it stays logged in.
I have another issue where the HubSpot plugin loads slowly on Outlook Web. It also moves the cursor below the signature or sometimes modifies the original email that I’m replying to.
