HubSpot still doesn't appear in Outlook desktop being tried few methods

Hi,

I'm trying to integrate my email into HubSpot. I already linked it and it's fine. But I use Outlook, so I would like to use the add-in from Hubspot in Outlook.

But the add-in it doesn't appear on Outlook Inbox.

I tried to reinstall it several times. I tried the different methods to fix this problem that I found in this article but it didn't work.

Do you have any advice about it?

Have you tried to uninstall the extension and install the extension again?

Hi Sharon,

Yes, of course, uninstall and install the extension it's part of the steps that I followed in these 3 methods to try to solve the problem. But it didn't work.
