HubSpot couldn't connect to my Outlook inbox.

SOLVE

Hello,

 

I try to connect my Outlook inbox with Hubspot so I can write and send emails right in Hubspot but I get an error:

"

Sorry. HubSpot couldn't connect to your inbox.

Please reconnect your email account.

This app cookie doesn't have the connected-email-inbox-access scope to create personal inbox.

"

Do you know how to solve this error?

 

P/S: I get the same error when trying to connect with Outlook calendar

Hello @RKTech 

Please check the version number of your HubSpot sales outlook you are using if the number is 1.4.1.184 or below it will not connect. Version Number should be 2.0.3 or above.

@RKTech here are two resources I found to help with troubleshooting, depending on the exact tool you're using from Outlook:

Like @himanshurauthan mentioned, it could be the version you're running. Those guides have a few other ideas, too.
