We've been having this issue for the past week. When the HubSpot Sales window is open and we start writing, the cursor immediately starts jumping around the email making it impossible to write. When the window is closed there are no issues, but then the emails don't log into HubSpot, and we cannot track them. It only works if we open this window, wait for the BCC to appear, and then close the window and start writing. This is, however, easy to forget...
Anybody else having this issue or know how to solve it? It is only the extension window that causes the problem, and it is the same whit Outlook web-version. I tried to reinstall the extension, but it didn't help.
Why isn't this fixed? The only way to track emails to Hubspot is to enable this plugin. When you enable the plug-in, it takes 3-5 seconds to load and moves your cursor to below the signature.
This is still happening on the new Outlook when Tracking is enabled. Except instead of jumping around a little bit like the legacy outlook, the new outlook puts the cursor at the bottom of the email, below any reply text and signatures.
FIX!! For me anyway, if I click OFF 'Track Email' on the Hubspot Sales tool window (using Outlook for Web), then the cursor immediately stops jumping to the end. If I want to track the email, I will just re-click it once I'm ready to send. Hope this works for everyone else.
Same here. I'm now logging the emails from sent. It's such a pain! I've responded to another chat about this. The Hubspot person said its an outlook issue. Strange.
I noticed it works to click on the Sales Tools icon when the email is ready before sending, once the bcc link is there it will log into HubSpot. This way you don't have to log the email manually but it should work without opening and closing the tool all the time...
Still having this issue, sorry to hear that others are bothered by this as well... Our IT consultants need to know what may be the issue to help with any configurations that might be needed. Hope Hubspot gets back to us about it soon.
