HubSpot Sales for Outlook tracking ALL Outlook actions?

I've noticed I'm receiving alerts when someone opens an email I sent them from my personal email account, despite NOT registering my personal email address in HubSpot. Any easy cures out there?

I understand that you don't want to track all emails. Please let me know if that's not the case.

Are you using the HubSpot Sales Outlook desktop add-in?

If yes, for information, you can specify email addresses and domains that you never want to log emails for in your HubSpot account settings. Or you can add these email addresses and domains in your add-in settings.
