HubSpot Sales Tool in Outlook it automatically increases the size of my font

When I am using the HubSpot Sales Tool in Outlook it automatically increases the size of my font. My standard font size when creating emails is 11. However, when I then click on the Sales Tool extension to track the email it is automatically increased to 12.

How can I tell which HubSpot sales Integration is being used?

Just wanted to share this knowledge base that will show what extension would be installed based on your outlook. Please ensure that is the correct extension as we recommend do not to install both the HubSpot Sales Office 365 add-in and the HubSpot Sales Outlook desktop add-in on the same device. These add-ins will conflict.

No, still happening. Just got used to it happening which is not ideal.

Hi @PamCotton,

As you can see from the screenshots when I type my message in Outlook the standard font is Calibri 11. When I then click on the HubSpot Sales Tools extension to track the email it switches to Calibri 12.

Any help with this would be apricated as it is a nuisance and inconvenient.
