HubSpot Sales - Register your e-mail with HubSpot

Hi!

With HubSpot Sales plugin, with each email in Outlook I have the option to add this conversation to contact, company, transaction etc. in HubSpot CRM. But the mail I want to add is only visible when I go into this specific email address and even though this email address is connected to a company and a transaction, the conversation is not visible there. From the email via the HubSpot Sales plugin, I try to add an email to the company and transaction, but it doesn't save my change.

How can I fix this problem?

I understand that you are trying to log an email to the associated company and deal via the HubSpot Sales extension for Outlook, is that right?

Is this a new email that you compose? Or is it a reply to an email you received in your Outlook, please?
