HubSpot Outlook Extension disappears every time it auto-updates

Hello-
Every couple weeks, when I open Outlook, I get a message saying that the Hubspot extension is updating. I have to sit there for about 30 seconds while I watch the progress bar. Then, when it's done, I can use Outlook, but the HubSpot extension is missing. (I'm not just logged out... it's totally missing from the menu at the top of the screen.) If I close Outlook and re-open it, it's still missing. This means that every couple weeks, I have to uninstall and reinstall the extension.
Is anyone else having this problem? Is there anything I can do to avoid it? Can I turn off automatic updates?
Additionally, I wanted to share these steps. Can you please try taking these actions to see if this resolves the issue:
Go to File > Options > Add-ins and click GO at the bottom of the screen
Locate HubSpot Sales in the list and see if the box next to it is checked
If it's not, check it and click OK
