How to turn off automatic ticket creation when Hubspot tracks and logs emails?

We have a specific problem - loging emails from outlook to hubspot, however we don't want a new Ticket to be created everytime we receice an email to oulook. 

 

How to solve this?

Hi @DovydasLaukys, hope you are doing well!

 

This is possible by toggle off the 'automatic ticket creation' option.

You can locate that page by going to Settings > Inbox > Inboxes, hover over the email address and click 'Edit', then on the 'Automate' tab, you'll see that option to toggle on/off automatic ticket creation!
