How to limit the registration of emails received only from contacts already on Hubspot?

Thank you for your support and time 

I have enabled logging of incoming emails. Howerver, this has generated the automatic creation of many uninteresting contacts (newsletter, spam, ...). So I thin I didn't set the function correctly!

I would like to record only incoming emails that I receive from contacts who are already registered on our hubspot. How can I set this?

Hey @Essense do you have the setting to always log emails enabled? If so you can disabled this within your portal's settings to not always log emails by default, this gives you greater control and means you can log emails on a per email basis by simply checking the log checkbox when sending or replying to anything!

Is there a setting like this for the Outlook plugin? Either global for admins, or individual per user?
