How to have hubspot outlook 365 extension for mac auto log incoming emails?

Hello!

Is there a setting so I can have the hubspot outlook extention 365 for mac auto log incoming emails? It only does it when I send an email outbound.

Hi @KfromVibrant,

 

That's expected behavior, you can find the requirements for emails to log here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/email/log-email-replies-in-the-crm#requirements-for-a-reply-to-log

 

Theoretically, you could create a rule in Outlook for all emails to be forwarded to your forwarding address, although I'd expect that this will create duplicate logged emails in HubSpot: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/settings/log-email-in-your-crm-with-the-bcc-or-forwarding-address
