How to completely remove Hubspot from my machine and specifically Outlook?

We've tried everything we can think of, no matter what happens the Outlook sales tool keeps appearing in my Outlook ribbon. 

Please help!

Yes, I've tried everything in the article multiple times, even going so far as to remove anything from Hubspot in the Microsoft Registry. It still appears in my MS Outlook ribbon. I've removed it from the ribbon 100 times, it always comes back.

Go to the Get Add-Ins in the Outlook ribbon.  Look for the App and you will see a box to remove.  Check the box and it is removed.  The box is to the right of "Add".
