How to change the email address when sending from HubSpot

Hi,

 

I am new to HubSpot CRM and in the process of integrating my email with the platform.

We use Office 365 for our emails and so I have set it up as per HubSpot's instructions.

However, when I send a test email to myself using HubSpot it shows the sender as 'Renee Craig <outlook_058aaa71420bf533@outlook.com>'

I need for the emails to appear as they are sending from my proper company email address using my company domain, not the @outlook domain.

Can someone please tell me how to fix this urgently?

Hi @Renee_Craig,

 

This issue is outlined in this Microsoft article. As this is a setting is controlled by settings within Microsoft, I would recommend trying to workaround discussed in the article.
