How to change the email address when sending from HubSpot

I am new to HubSpot CRM and in the process of integrating my email with the platform.
We use Office 365 for our emails and so I have set it up as per HubSpot's instructions.
However, when I send a test email to myself using HubSpot it shows the sender as 'Renee Craig <firstname.lastname@example.org>'
I need for the emails to appear as they are sending from my proper company email address using my company domain, not the @outlook domain.
Can someone please tell me how to fix this urgently?
