How to change my own calendar/meeting alert?

I don't want to know how to adjust email reminders, as I've seen countless posts about that. This question is regarding my own calendar alerts/reminders, not the email reminder that the client receives.

I prefer my personal calendar alerts to be 15 minutes ahead of the meeting start time. However, when a Hubspot meeting is booked by a client, it shows up automtically in my calendar, but with an alert time of 10 minutes ahead of time. How do I change the alert to come 15 minutes earlier instead?

Hi @cmepaiva  I've checked the individual meeting settings and the global meeting settings and couldn't find an option to change the default notification time.

I've confirmed that with Google Calendar it's defaulting all reminders to 10 minutes.

The only way I could find to change it was to manually update it after the meeting is booked 🤨

Also, I couldn't find an existing idea with the same request, this would be a really good idea to add to the discussion so the product team can review.
