How to Uninstall Sales TOOLS from Outlook Desktop

How do I uninstall Sales Tools from Outlook Desktop? All the posts and threads and instructions and whatnot I can find are about the Sales add-in, not Sales Tools.

From the screenshot, I can see that you are using the Sales Tools, which is the office 365 extension (as opposed to the Hubspot Sales is the Outlook extension).

If you want to uninstall it, here is the article to follow "Uninstall the HubSpot Sales email extension".

If you are still running into this issue, I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription, and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, where you are able to share screenshots and further information about this.

@RRobinette - The Sales Tools are added to the Sales add-in if you have a paid sales seat in your HubSpot portal I believe.

But I have uninstalled the Sales add-in. I'm trying to clean the slate so I can make a training video for my team on installing and using, but I can't seem to figure out how to get Sales Tools to go away.

p.s. The 'Remove' option is greyed out otherwise it would/should have been easy, then I get told an admin installed it (I am the admin), and am going round in circles.
