How do I turn of the outlook integration pop up contact search?

Everytime I create a new email or reply/forward something this idiotic large pop-up appears in the screen which let me search through contacts within the Hubspot CRM-system. However I don't need that and it's blocking a large part of my screen. Any ideas how to close this pop up window? Cause there is also no close option.

Thanks for posting in the Community!

It sounds like you would not like contact profiles to pop-up when you are composing an email in Outlook.

The functionality depends on which add-in you are using. You can determine which version you are using by the HubSpot icon in your banner.

Outlook Desktop add-in

Outlook 365 add-in

If you are using the Outlook Desktop add-in, you should: 

1. In the Outlook inbox ribbon, click HubSpot Sales and select Settings. A dialog box will appear with a list of settings you can configure.

2. Uncheck the  Show Contact Profiles box to prevent the contact profile from popping up.

If you are using the Outlook 365 add-in, the contact profile has to be pinned (and open) in order for an email to successfully be logged and tracked as shown here.
