How do I get the HS Sales extension to recognize other email addresses in the "to" field?
SOLVE
I use the HS extension on the PWA app on my Mac. Whenever I pull it up, it only sees the first email in the "to" field. Is there a way to log activity using one of the other emails? Or create a contact with one of the other emails?
This is one of those little headaches with the HubSpot Sales extension on the Mac PWA: it only surfaces the first address in the “To” line when it shows you the sidebar card.
Right now there isn’t a setting to force it to cycle through every recipient the way some other CRMs do. The only work‑arounds I’ve found are (a) add the additional recipients as separate contacts first, then hit the “Add to HubSpot” link that shows up when you hover over their names in the Gmail compose window, or (b) use the traditional BCC address (forwarding+{portalID}@forward.hubspot.com)—that will still log the email and automatically create any unknown contacts for every address in To/CC.
After you do that once, future emails to those addresses will show up in the extension because the contacts now exist in HubSpot. Not as seamless as picking a different address on the fly, but until HubSpot updates the extension that’s the safest way to get the activity logged for everyone on the thread.

Thank you @RubenBurdin for at least confirmation that I am not crazy. 🙂 Unfortunately my primary sources I for leads utilizes emails and I don't have a way to import directly, so working from my inbox or even the HS inbox would be great, alas, it seems to be a big pain sometimes.
