How can we assign certain company when one contacts have connected with more than 2 companies?

We see the case that some person in charge is in charge for more than 2 companies.

It usually can be seen at Chain hotel or Consultant contacts who works with several clients companies.

We can assosiate the contacts information with more than 2 companies, but when I send the email to that contact, all the emails just recorded under 1 main company only.

So, If I can assign the certain company to associate when I create the mail, it would be great.

Can we do this?
