Currently, HubSpot limits the user session timeout length to a maximum of 3 days.
As a user, I might take a few days off or simply not use the HubSpot interface every 3 days, which results in having to log in again unnecessarily. As an admin, I may only access HubSpot a few times per week, and each time I need to go through the login process again. As an administrator, I find it frustrating that HubSpot’s limited session timeout options prevent me from aligning access and security settings with my organization’s policies.
Totally understand your frustration — having to log in every few days can definitely interrupt workflow, especially for those who don’t use HubSpot daily. Hopefully, HubSpot can introduce more flexible session timeout settings to better match different organizations’ security policies.
