I use lots of different software, they all have a login process, but by and large I only have to login when I restart my browser, and even then Chrome remembers my credentials so it's very quick.
Why is it, then, that I have to manually enter my Hubpspot password twice every single day (at least) in order to use the Outlook add-in?
Just find it very annoying, why is Hubspot different? And why do I have to log in twice?!

I understand that it's only on the Outlook add-in, right? - Is the 2FA in place? - If yes, how often does the 2FA is being prompted? - If you have the 2FA, after which actions do you usually get the 2FA? - Have you cleared the cache? - Or were you on a different browser? - Are other users experiencing this as well? - Since when do you have this issue please? - Do you have any privacy related extensions?
