Having to log in *twice* every day - so annoying

I use lots of different software, they all have a login process, but by and large I only have to login when I restart my browser, and even then Chrome remembers my credentials so it's very quick.

 

Why is it, then, that I have to manually enter my Hubpspot password twice every single day (at least) in order to use the Outlook add-in?

 

Just find it very annoying, why is Hubspot different?  And why do I have to log in twice?!

in general when you have settled the 2FA you don't have to login every time

but I'd strongly suggest that you can provide @BérangèreL with all the proper information

just to be able to find the issues in your case and help you solve it.

This issue doesn't occur for me or my team.

Can you double-check if this problem is specific to one browser/device or if it happens across multiple browsers/devices?

Stop hiring HubSpot developers.

Get an entire team (design, dev, RevOps) for less than 1 hire.

I would like to apologize for the frustration, data issues, and business impact this has caused.

So that I can ask the Team to take a closer look, I would need additional information to be able to investigate further please.
 

- When this feature is not working, is it on the HubSpot Sales extension? Or just on the HubSpot login page? I understand that it's only on the Outlook add-in, right?
- Is the 2FA in place?
- If yes, how often does the 2FA is being prompted?
- If you have the 2FA, after which actions do you usually get the 2FA?
- Have you cleared the cache?
- Or were you on a different browser?
- Are other users experiencing this as well?
- Since when do you have this issue please?
- Do you have any privacy related extensions?
 

The more info, screenshots (without sensitive/confidential information), and details you can provide, the better the Community can assist.
