Forward email I sent from a contact to another contact and included BCC did not create new contacts
SOLVEHi @EJoyce2,
HubSpot attaches the forwarded email to the record of the contact that is the sender of the email you're forwarding. The BCC address will log the email to the record of the recipient of your forwarded email.
