Forgot to send to BCC

Hi all,

 

I have connected Hubspot with my IMAP mail account and it's working fine.

Most the time I am writing emails with my mail client and adding the HubSpot BCC address to log the mail to the client.

 

Unforatuntely, I am forgetting to add the BCC address sometimes.

Is there any possiblity to forward the sent mail to Hubspot to achieve the same functionality?

I do not want to re-sent the mail to the reciepient. I just want to log the mail after it has been sent ...

 

That would be great, as it happens more often than expected :-)

Hi @vlador . If the email receives a reply, you can use the forwarding address to record it on the contact's timline. Click here to find out how to forward a reply to an email to the CRM.

Hallo @edjusten,

 

thanks for your reply.

I am aware of the forward address, but due to the IMAP integration this is done automatically when a new email is received. 

 

I am looking for a possibility to log an email after I accidentally sent it. 

Forwarding the sent mail to bcc or forward address does not work. 

 

Any good solution for that scenario?

Very important feature. Upvoted.

 

There is a button to save an email to a template. I think it's more important to Log an email. Templates are lesser but the need to log an email is more frequent.
