For the last few day, I've been getting very irritating bugs with the Outlook Sales Add-in.
When creating a new email or responding to an existing chain, once the addin loads it jumps to the body, deletes anything already typed, and changes my font to the default CRM font - Previously, it would just use my outlook font.
When forwarding an email, the deleting body part of this bug will completely remove the forwarded message, meaning email forwarding is completely unusable at present.
Hi @CGrzenkowski - that has to be very frustrating indeed. Have you reached out to HubSpot Support to see if it's a known issue? I haven't personally experienced it or heard from clients going through it, so I'd personally ask Support for help. It may also be an Outlook bug with their add-on tech. They might have an answer.

While I can't provide real-time solutions, I can suggest some steps to help you address your problem:
1. Clear your browser's cache and cookies. Make sure to close and reopen after clearing the cache. 2. Temporiarly disable the Outlook Sales Add-in and see if the problem persists. 3. Ensure that your current version of HubSpot and Outlook Sales Add-in are compatible with each other. Sometimes, updates to one platform can lead to compability issues with integeration. 4. If none of the steps work, you might need to reconfigure the integeration between HubSpot and Outlook. Disconnect the add-in, clear any settings and set up the integration again.
