This also works for "Access is denied" or "The referenced assembly is not installed on your system"

  1. From the Windows Start menu, navigate to Computer (or "My Computer”)
  2. Navigate to C:\Users\YOUR-USERNAME\AppData\Local\Apps (If the "AppData" folder is not visible, copy this filepath, paste it into the Windows address bar, replace "YOUR-USERNAME" with your Windows username [i.e. tmahon], and hit Enter. You should then be taken to that folder's location.)
  3. Delete the folder labeled 2.0
  4. Re-install HubSpot Sales

If this doesn't fix the error:

  1. Navigate to the Local folder from step 2 (C:\Users\YOUR-USERNAME\AppData\Local\) and remove the following folders:
    • IsolatedStorage
    • assembly
  2. Re-run the install
