This also works for "Access is denied" or "The referenced assembly is not installed on your system"
- From the Windows Start menu, navigate to Computer (or "My Computer”)
- Navigate to C:\Users\YOUR-USERNAME\AppData\Local\Apps (If the "AppData" folder is not visible, copy this filepath, paste it into the Windows address bar, replace "YOUR-USERNAME" with your Windows username [i.e. tmahon], and hit Enter. You should then be taken to that folder's location.)
- Delete the folder labeled 2.0
- Re-install HubSpot Sales
If this doesn't fix the error:
- Navigate to the Local folder from step 2 (C:\Users\YOUR-USERNAME\AppData\Local\) and remove the following folders:
