Fixing Outlook Error "Login is unavailable at this time"

Does this mean that the only way I can get HubSpot to interface with Outlook is to permanently turn my IE security to "Low"?  I am trying out your product and that seems like  deal breaker.

To be clear, I am currentlyhaving the same problem on the latest version of Outlook (365). Looking for a solution.
