Fatal error during Installation

When I download the app, I receive the following error:

Component Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office Runtime (x86 and x64) has failed to install with the following error message:
"Fatal error during installation. "

The following components failed to install:
- Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office Runtime (x86 and x64)

See the setup log file located at 'C:\Users\mmolter\AppData\Local\Temp\VSDDD83.tmp\install.log' for more information.

I tried using the two IE troubleshooting steps, and neither works.

Can you confirm you have followed the steps outlined in the help docs for Outlook installs? 

If you are still experiencing issues after following those steps, can you send along a screenshot of the error message that is populating?
