Error installing Outlook addin after removing

Hi,

I was using the Hubspot Sales addin with Microsoft 365 version of Outlook, when I did an update to Outlook and the addin stopped working.

 

I went to my Outlook options and removed the addin and tried re-installing via Hubspot and Microsoft 365 Admin center and it indicated that it was already installed.

Could you try the steps on this article here and confirm if you are seeing something different on your end?

 

Uninstall the HubSpot Sales email extension 

 

Also, I will be attaching our article about Install HubSpot Sales for Gmail, Office 365, and Outlook desktop.
